Delete Chrome. Now.

Google is using its exceptionally powerful position to make *the browser itself* analyze your browsing behavior and serve that on a plate in the form of "cohorts" to anyone interested.

They are transforming Chrome into a "browsing-history-passport" - right now.

If you care about your intellectual freedom even a little bit, you must put Chrome out of your life as soon as possible. Support others doing the same.

The deployment of #Covid vaccines and proposed “immunity passport” or certificate linked to it need to be considered with care.

After over 4 years since the people of the UK voted, we have officially left the EU.

I'm so sad. I want back in 😢

A small number of people pushed their bigoted ideas onto the theUK population.

Lies were told to sell it to people as a good thing. Thoughts of old fashioned sovereignty and independence were used to make us feel "free" of oppression from the evil foreigners in Brussels.

The EU isn't perfect, not by a long shot. But it was better than being out of it.

Has anyone seen these auto disappearing Tweets ("fleets") on Twitter? Is that something you'd want in the fediverse?

"The mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has confirmed that London’s New Year’s Eve firework display will not be taking place this year. Khan added he is working on an alternative event that people will be able to enjoy from their homes."

It's nice to know that some in authority still care about the global pandemic.

Coded Bias. A film about bias and discrimination in the software you use. As "AI" gets used more and more, people are starting to see how it has the same prejudices that the people who control it have. And the people who control it are a very small, mostly homogeneous, group of people.
