Why do they have to remove films randomly. I hate when this happens. I just wanted to re-watch a film first the 4th time and now it is gone :(

@SonoMichele if you pay for the physical service, not only is there a *much* larger selection, they also never lose them (they don't have to pay licensing on physical media)

@SonoMichele the physical service has always been by mail. It also costs a bit more and isn't as convenient obviously.
