They were kept in /tmp as tutfile######, but in a recent version, it started adding the proper extension (), and deleting the files once viewed ()

On #KDE #Plasma, the file gets deleted *before* the viewer has a chance to read it, for some reason. I need to troubleshoot that.

Yeah wasn't there even an issue created for something temp files related over on Github? Cannot remember neither looking it up right now. Think it was changed to that on purpose.

@toxision @RL_Dane Yes, before tut removed the temp files when the application got closed, but now it removes them directly. But apparently that breaks some image viewers, so I'll have to make this a config option. And maybe add a command ":delete-tmp"

Strongly agree.
Although since testing the Beta I've noticed some settings do not work. Still need to check more in depth
