I'm happy to see the inclusion of assembly code stabilized for Rust 1.59, which will be released in about 12 weeks unless there is trouble. With that (and some adjustments in the crates), #RustLang on @RIOT_OS will be usable with stable for many programs.

@lupyuen @RIOT_OS A first version has been released now at <github.com/bouffalolab/bl_iot_>.

As feared it is just a header file and compiled blob. On the upside, the Apache license applies, so decompilation may be fair game for reverse engineering.

That should make a nutcracker challenge v2 doable -- but frankly, I rather stick with vendors that publish documentation or at least commented source.
